Answers to common questions about your account, subscription, and training — plus a direct line to the team if you're stuck.
After you sign up, the onboarding flow asks you a few questions — your sport, experience level, training schedule, equipment access, and main goals. This takes about two minutes.
Once you're done, our machine learning engine builds your first S&C and mobility programme. It's ready to train immediately. The programme evolves as you log sessions, so the more you train, the more accurate it becomes.
We currently support five combat disciplines:
You can change your primary sport anytime from Settings → Profile. Your programme rebuilds to match.
No. During onboarding, you tell us what equipment you have access to — from nothing at all, to a full barbell gym. We build programmes that work with whatever you've got. If your equipment changes, update it in Settings and the programme adapts.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password, enter your email, and we'll send you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email contact@enlita.global and we'll sort it.
Go to Settings → Account → Email Address. You'll need to confirm the change from both your old and new email for security.
Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. This permanently removes your data within 30 days. This cannot be undone.
If you just want to pause your subscription, cancel it instead — your account stays active and your data is preserved.
You get 3 days of full Pro access, free. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged. If you don't cancel, your subscription starts automatically at the end of day 3.
You'll get a reminder notification 24 hours before the trial ends, so you have plenty of time to decide.
It depends where you subscribed:
You keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
For web subscriptions, UK consumer law gives you a 14-day cooling-off period. Email us within 14 days of subscribing and we'll refund you in full.
For App Store or Play Store subscriptions, refunds are handled directly by Apple and Google — we can't process these ourselves. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple or the Play Store for Google.
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing and tap Change Plan. You'll be credited for any unused time on your current plan when you switch.
Because FightTrainer is tailored. Our ML engine considers your sport, experience, goals, schedule, equipment, and — most importantly — how you've been training and recovering. Two athletes in the same gym with the same sport will get different programmes if their fight schedules, readiness scores, or progression rates differ.
Yes. Tap the exercise in your session and choose Swap. We'll suggest alternatives that target the same qualities with the equipment you have. If you permanently dislike an exercise, tap Don't show again and we'll skip it in future programmes.
Every morning (or whenever you open the app), check in with three quick questions: sleep quality, muscle soreness, and energy. Our algorithm learns your baseline over 2–3 weeks, then flags sessions that might be too intense for your current state and suggests lighter alternatives.
The more consistently you check in, the more accurate it becomes.
No. FightTrainer handles your strength & conditioning, mobility, and recovery — the parts most combat coaches don't have time for. Your head coach still runs technique, sparring, and fight prep. The two are complementary.
As soon as you've got a confirmed fight date. Enter the date, opponent (optional), and target weight. The app will periodise your programme to peak you at fight night, with built-in tapering in the final week.
Minimum recommended camp length is 6 weeks; 8–12 is ideal.
Log your weight daily. We plot your trajectory against your target and flag if you're cutting too fast or too slow. Fight Camp mode adjusts training intensity as you approach weigh-in to protect performance while you descend.
Important: FightTrainer provides general guidance only. Always work with a qualified nutritionist for cuts larger than a few kilos. See our health disclaimer.
Yes. Go to Fight Camp → Manage → Pause or Cancel. If the fight is just rescheduled, update the new date and we'll rebuild your periodisation from where you are.
FightTrainer caches your programme, exercise library, and logs on your device, so it should work offline by default. If it's not, open the app while connected to wifi at least once so the cache can build. Then force-quit and reopen — offline mode should now work.
Sessions logged offline sync automatically when you're back online.
Yes. Log in with the same account on iPhone, iPad, Android, and web. All your data syncs automatically across devices.
Shake your phone (or Settings → Help → Report a Bug). This opens a pre-filled email with your device info attached so we can reproduce and fix it fast.
Yes. All your data is synced to our servers (EU/UK regions) and backed up nightly. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, just log in and your data is there.
You can also export everything from Settings → Privacy → Export My Data at any time.
Our team reads every email. We aim to reply within one working day — often faster. Include your account email and a description of what's happening.
