01 Who we are

FightTrainer is operated by Enlita Global Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Co. 16982870). In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Enlita Global Limited. "You" means the person using the FightTrainer app or website.

We are the data controller for personal information processed through FightTrainer. If you have questions about how we handle your data, contact us at contact@enlita.global.

02 Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details — email address, name, and password
• Profile details — sport, experience level, age, weight, training goals, equipment access
• Training data — sessions you log, sets and reps, RPE, readiness check-ins, fight camp entries
• Payment details — processed by Apple, Google, or Stripe; we never see your full card number
• Support messages — anything you send us via email or the in-app support form

Information we collect automatically

• Device information — device type, OS version, app version, crash reports
• Usage data — which screens you visit, which features you use, anonymous event counts
• Approximate location — derived from IP address, used for currency and timezone only

03 How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Build and adapt your training programme using our machine learning models
• Calculate your readiness score and training load
• Sync your data across devices and keep it backed up
• Send you service emails (receipts, password resets, important updates)
• Improve the app by spotting bugs and understanding which features are useful
• Comply with legal obligations (tax records, fraud prevention)

Our legal bases for processing are performance of contract (running the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (improving the app, preventing fraud), and consent (optional marketing communications).

04 Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run FightTrainer, and only the minimum they need to do their job:

• Apple & Google — for App Store / Play Store billing
• Stripe — for web subscription billing
• Amazon Web Services — for hosting and database storage (EU/UK regions)
• Postmark — for transactional emails
• PostHog — for anonymous product analytics, self-hosted in our infrastructure

Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement and GDPR-compliant safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

05 Storage & retention

Your data is stored on secure servers in the European Union and United Kingdom. Training programme data is also cached locally on your device so the app works offline.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain it for legal reasons (e.g. tax records kept for 6 years).

06 Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectify — correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Erase — delete your account and associated data
• Restrict or object — limit how we process your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent — opt out of marketing at any time

You can action most of these directly from Settings → Privacy in the app. For anything else, email us at contact@enlita.global. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

07 Cookies

Our marketing website uses a small number of cookies for anonymous analytics and to remember your preferences. The FightTrainer app does not use cookies in the traditional sense — it uses local device storage to keep you logged in and cache your training data offline.

08 Children

FightTrainer is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will remove the account and any associated data.

09 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in the app and by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.

10 Contact us
